My approach is collaborative, respectful, and logical. I often combine several approaches to achieve the best results being mindful that each person is unique. For example, I may use Cognitive Behavorial Therapy alone, or in combination with Motivational Interviewing. I also use Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness tools to help reduce anxiety, stress, depression, and substance abuse.
