I provide services that span from therapy for depression, anxiety, and substance abuse to stress management, sleep issues, and beyond. I offer a highly personalized approach individualized to each of my clients needs. I often combine several therapy tools to achieve the best results. For example, I may use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alone, or in combination with Solution Focused Therapy. I also use Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness tools to help reduce symptoms and achieve therapy goals.
