I provide individual and group counseling services for individuals living with mental health challenges including Depression, Bipolar disorder, Anxiety, and Substance abuse/Dual-Diagnosis. We can work together to develop a plan for positive change. My style is straightforward, collaborative, and respectful with the goal of providing a supportive space in which clients can develop the confidence needed to persevere. While living with mental illness can be challenging at times, many have found treatment and support helpful in becoming their best self and living a meaningful life. I use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients identify solutions and achieve goals.
