Social Anxiety Therapy Group

According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, 15 million adults in the U.S. are affected with Social Anxiety Disorder ("SAD").  You are not alone.  Connecting with others dealing with similar challenges can be a powerful source for support and change.  Included in the discussion will be a review of tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as working through discomfort in a nonjudgmental setting.  This small group meets weekly on Thursdays at 5:15pm starting on January 10th.  Phone intake session must take place prior to January 4th.
